Living the past five years in so much debt was really horrible. Every minute of the day bill collectors would call from morning till night. I never thought how great it would feel to file for bankruptcy. My house is a lot quieter now since I filed bankruptcy as no bill collectors are calling to look for me. Only telemarketers call me now. Never thought I would be saying this, but when I pick up the phone
and it is a telemarketer rather than a bill collector, it really puts a smile on my face, I cannot believe I am saying this but I am. Many people are scared when the word bankruptcy comes into mine. But if you were in so much debt, then filing for bankruptcy would be a lifesaver. Filing for bankruptcy is like having another chance in life and starting over, being more responsible with you finances. However, you cannot file for bankruptcy when you are in a little bit of debt. It is allowed only when you are in huge amounts of debt and it’s drastically hurting your way of life. If I had a chance to start over I would be financially smarter rather than having to file for bankruptcy.
